• The Buyer's Premium is 15% of the final "Hammer" price announced by the Auctioneer.

• The Buyer's Premium is discounted to 10% of the final "Hammer" price when paying in CASH, MONEY ORDER, or REGISTERED CHECK. ZBAuctions can not accept Personal Checks.

• Payment is required on the day of the auction, or a 25% CASH deposit will be accepted with the balance due on the Monday following the auction. (This 25% down will lock you in at that Buyer's Premium until the end of business the Monday after auction.)

• Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Master card, Cashiers Check, Money Order, and Cash.

• ZBAuctions will retain the title to vehicles until monies have been cleared. When mailed, titles will be sent to the purchaser via certified mail.

• The Tuesday following the auction there will be 5% of your TOTAL balance will be added to any outstanding balance if not already paid in full.
